Mrs. Albietz
My name is Jacquelyn Albietz and I am honored to be named as the Executive Director of St. Peter’s Nursery School. I have been an educator for the past sixteen years and received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology and my Masters Degree in Instructional Design from Seton Hall University.
For thirteen years, I was a teacher at St. Joseph’s/Blessed Pope John XXIII in West Orange, where I taught various subjects for grades kindergarten-fifth. I have also served as a math and science teacher in Hoboken Charter School. I have had the pleasure of being a mentor to my fellow colleagues and provide them with feedback that would be then submitted to the State of New Jersey. Lastly, I have had the unique experience working for the City University of New York, where I worked as a lesson-study advisor for a piloted math program.
I am a proud mother of a little boy, who is an alum of St. Peter’s. Being a parent of a recent graduate of St. Peter’s Nursery School, I know how important it is to families to feel that their children are in the right situation to learn, develop and grow. There is a tremendous support system, enthusiastic staff and dedicated parents who all give their time to the school. My experience at St. Peter’s has been nothing but priceless. From the first moment I came to visit St. Peter’s for an open house, I knew this was a school where I could feel at home. There was the sense of warmth and family that I would not find anywhere else. I look forward to continuing this tradition.
